Introducing talently

Talently is born out of a simple idea - how can we make it easy for great people in web3 to find great work opportunities? Traditionally, this burden has fallen on the shoulders of candidates to prove their worth to companies. Candidates use resumes and endless hours spent on technical and non-technical interviews to do this.

We think resumes are a terrible way to showcase your skills and interviews can be replaced (or drastically shortened) by having a detailed understanding of the kind of work people have done.

Talently aims to aggregate your on-chain activities across multiple wallets, protocols, and chains to create your awesome web3 profile.

Web3 is bringing a trust layer to the internet, and many different types of records are ending up on the blockchain - smart contracts you deployed, votes you cast, organizations you participated in, skills you gained, etc. All these activities are leaving an on-chain footprint on you. We want to make it super easy for you to showcase your web3 skills to the world.
