Baris has 20 years of software design and development experience at top companies, including Uber, Microsoft, Carbon Health, and Zulily. He has been a full-stack generalist throughout his career and built software at every tier, including web, mobile, and SaaS.

Before Mavvi, Baris was VP of Engineering at Carbon Health. He is a third-time founder now, and he believes that blockchain has a nature that might change the world dramatically for good. He often claims that he was "infected" by blockchain. Baris likes sailing and urban hiking.
